At Dr Trust, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and original packaging, into a secure shipping bag or box to ensure they arrive back in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
